  • Sales / Strategic Account Manager Open or Close

    Job Summary:

    The Strategic Account Manager is responsible to provide sales account management to designated key accounts or/and identify key prospect customers in the market, develop strong relationships, and secure design-in of Lite-On SSD products in the assigned strategic account. In addition, the Strategic Account Manager is responsible to achieve turnover, gross margin, development and growth of designated accounts utilizing internal/external sales & marketing management tools.

    Essential Functions:

    • Develop, communicate and deploy a market-driven approach for Lite-On SSD product offerings focusing on identification of business opportunities utilizing product roadmaps as provided (design wins, qualified/non-qualified opportunities)
    • Responsible for commercial activities (RFQ process, sales tracking - price and profitability, and pre/post sales activities if/where applicable)
    • Overall management and accountability of the sales cycle, which includes, but not limited to, management of the qualification process - ECR process through EOL management - including monitoring of field returns/warranty service)
    • Engage with industry experts/analysts, customers, to secure business & market intelligence, business development practice, innovation management, enhancement of 'knowledge-base'
    • Collect and analyze customer and market data and develop market forecast based on internal/external research
    • Monitor competitor's actions and forecast possible moves
    • Provide recommendations on Product/Innovation Roadmap
    • Maintain a Customer Relationship with current assigned customer or any new potential customer
    • Responsible for timely reporting of market information (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
    • Participate in the Business Planning process - providing business/market information and providing recommendations related to programs or/and best practices
    • Support the Business Unit Management Team in its Business Planning process
    • Interface with various functional groups, specifically, Product Development and Product Management (product roadmap) to align on methodologies and business/market identification of opportunities
    • Delivery and forecast (short-term issue resolution - realized vs. sales targets / forecast vs. sales targets, MPS revisions, 18 month sales plan)
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction by performing Quarterly Business Reviews and providing business balance scorecard internally
    • Account Management and Leadership (program/project direction, reports, strategic planning, competitive information, communication with headquarters)
    • Account Reporting (weekly account status report, monthly, quarterly, and continuous review and reporting of the sales attack plan(s)

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor degree in Management, Economics or equivalent experience is required
    • Minimum of five (5) years Sales & Marketing experience
    • Five (5) to ten (10) years of PC/Enterprise OEM industry experience in sales or/and marketing execution / sales operations

  • Graphic Designer Open or Close

    Job Summary:

    The Graphic Designer position is an assignment based position which will help to create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate customers. Graphic Designer will also develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, corporate reports, graphics presentations, and marketing materials.

    Essential Functions:

    • Create marketing materials within branded guidelines
    • Develop corporate and product digital marketing assets, presentation templates, conference/tradeshow graphics, website pages, social media content, illustrations, video, graphics and infographics.
    • Create marketing material including flyers, brochures, print and online advertisements
    • Ensure consistency in layout, font color, font type, logos, pictures and other visual aspects of our corporate and product assets.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to define project requirements
    • Create timely, visually interesting, and industry appropriate web and social media content

    Required Education and Experience:

    • 3-5 years of graphic design experience
    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once

  • Marketing Specialist Open or Close

    Job Summary:

    The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing marketing collateral development, new product development, trade shows and special events. He/she should be able to multitask, provide strong oral and technical writing skills, and must be capable of thinking creatively, outside-the-box.

    The Marketing Specialist shall provide efficient and effective support to the Sales Team and Project Management Team. He/she will manage the communication flow between Headquarters and Regional Staff effectively and will accurately update internal/external customers with media on business, product news, market development and/or other relevant information.

    Essential Functions:

    • Define marketing strategy for new product development projects as well as managing an existing portfolio.
    • Responsible for the development and production of marketing materials including, but not limited to, website, printed materials such as packaging, print, promotional material, and all collateral material.
    • Compose and create marketing programs to effectively build the business and enhance brand equity including advertising, point of purchase, trade and consumer promotions and public relations.
    • Manage company press release process and plan, including the drafting, approvals, and distribution of announcements
    • Responsible to communicate and write complex technical features/advantages in simplified business terms
    • Responsible for events management: messaging, themes, product demonstrations coordination, logistics, signage, booth management, show management
    • Develop detailed knowledge of website and collateral content development: writing, design, digital graphics, layout website architecture/structure - - overall intent to be able to communicate key concepts over the Internet
    • Continue to evolve the website to include rich/new content and constantly fine-tuning navigation of the site to enhance user experience

    Job Requirements:
